The «PDF editor» (in Beta) lets you shape how the document looks without touching the web version: cover format, logo size, the PDF's own color, what to show for each day and where each A4 page breaks. The web keeps its template and colors.
- 1Open the proposal and go to «PDF editor». Click any block in the preview to edit its text, images and options.
- 2Cover: choose the format (Classic full-bleed, Split photo and text, Frame/poster or Minimal) and the logo size (applies to all your PDFs).
- 3PDF color and icons: in the top bar set an accent color for the PDF ONLY and the style of the day-moment icons (Icons, Minimal lines or Emoji).
- 4Per day: choose the image style (side, wide or full-page) and tick what to show (description, moments, highlights, hotels, photos) to simplify.
- 5Page breaks: for each day choose Auto, New page, Allow split or Keep together (or apply it to all at once). Click «Auto-compact» to fill gaps and remove half-empty pages.
- 6Click «Approve PDF» to be able to view the real PDF and share its link.
Consejo: The PDF is independent from the web: if you change the online proposal, you'll see a prompt to «Update from the web» so dates, photos and details match. The color and icons you pick here don't affect the online version.
