The “Accommodation options” block is a comparison table: each column is a tier (4★, 5★, Deluxe…) with its price, and each row is a destination with that tier’s hotel. You edit the whole table inside the block itself; optionally the client can pick a tier and it reaches you on acceptance.
- 1Add the “Accommodation options” block and click to edit it: the full-screen table opens (it already comes with 4★ and 5★ to start).
- 2In the columns set the tiers and their price (total or per person); use “+” to add more tiers.
- 3In each row type the destination (e.g. “Tokyo · 3 nights”) and, in each cell, that tier’s hotel: name, note and photo. You can pull it from your library with “📚 From the library”.
- 4Already have the per-tier hotels inside the itinerary days? Click “↧ Import from itinerary” and the table fills itself.
- 5If you want the client to choose: turn on “Client chooses” and decide whether it counts as interest (you confirm) or a firm price (adds to the total).
Consejo: In the PDF the table shows as a comparison (no selection); the client’s choice only works in the online version of the proposal.
