A DMC account manages several partner agencies. Each partner agency is its own account (its logo, colours, subdomain and emails) and sells the DMC's PRODUCTS to its clients: the product price is the DMC's net price and the agency adds its margin.
- 1Products: create the trips you sell in your DMC account (Proposals → Products tab). Their price is your NET price.
- 2Partner agencies: in «My agencies» click «Create partner agency» (name, subdomain, logo). You can give its team access from its Team page.
- 3Create for an agency: in Proposals click «Create for an agency», choose product, agency, client and margin. The proposal is created published in the agency's account, with its brand, and you get the direct link to copy and share.
- 4The partner agency creates its own with «New proposal from a product»: only from your products (it can't create from scratch, with AI, or import a PDF/URL).
- 5Margin: on the proposal page, the «DMC product» card shows the net price, the margin and the final price. The agency can raise or lower its margin, but the price never goes below the net price.
- 6To work inside an agency, «My agencies → Enter». To go back, «← Managing: [agency]» at the top of the menu. Inside the agency, the DMC has no limits.
- 7Sale currency: when creating for an agency you choose the currency it sells in (by default, the agency's). If it differs from the product's, an exchange rate (editable) and an optional buffer are fixed; your net stays in your currency. Until it's sold, the «DMC product» card lets you update the rate; once sold it's frozen.
- 8Suppliers and receivables: the DMC automatically appears as a supplier in each partner agency, with each product as a service. Each sale creates the agency's debt to the DMC (your net, due according to your payment term); the agency sees it in its supplier payments and you in «My agencies → Receivables», where you mark it as received. In that same tab you set the payment term, payment terms and the default FX buffer.
- 9Payments: partner agencies only allow client ACCEPTANCE; there is no online payment or booking with payment (the proposal form is always «Accept / request changes»). Payment is handled outside the platform.
- 10Sale alert: when an agency's client accepts, books or pays a proposal made with your product (or the agency marks it as accepted), the DMC gets a «Sale of your product» email with agency, client, product, dates, retail price and your net, plus a bell notification.
- 11Sales: in «My agencies» (Overview, Sales and Agencies tabs) you see, by period and by month, per agency the proposals made with your products, how many were sent and sold (accepted or confirmed), the sales amount and your net, plus the latest sales.
- 12Your DMC account also has the full panel: CRM, inbox, deals, tasks, AI Assistant, Marketing, analytics and suppliers, to win and serve your own agencies and clients.
Tip: Prepare each trip once as a product and hand it out to all your agencies with their own margin.
