How does the payment calendar (installments) work?

You can charge for the trip in several installments (deposit + later payments) instead of all at once.

1. 1In the group's «Settings», define the «Payment plan»: each installment with its name, its % or amount, and when it's due (a date or days before departure).
2. 2Each new booking automatically generates its calendar based on that plan.
3. 3In each booking's «Payments» tab you see the installments; you can copy a «payment link» per installment to send to the customer.
4. 4The system sends email reminders before the due date and when an installment becomes overdue.
