How do I manage bookings and participants?

A booking is a payment unit that can include several participants and a payer (who may be different from the person traveling).

1. 1In the group, «Bookings» tab: you see each booking with its payer, participants, total, paid and outstanding amounts.
2. 2You can create bookings manually with «New booking» in addition to those coming in through the link.
3. 3In «Participants» you see everyone traveling, with their documentation and status.
4. 4Cancelling a booking automatically frees up its seats.
