A group can have several per-person rates (Double room, Single, Child, free place…). Those categories come from the proposal's Pricing block (its rates) and the group inherits them. Each registrant picks their category, its price adds to the booking total, and the payment calendar is computed on that total. No need to define the price twice: the Pricing block is the source.
- 1In the proposal's Pricing block, define the rates by type (Adult/Child or Double/Single) with their amount.
- 2Create the group from the proposal: it inherits those categories. View/edit them in the group → Settings → «Prices by category»; «Resync from proposal» pulls in price changes.
- 3Choose the calendar mode: «One per booking» (the organizer pays, a single calendar on the total) or «One per participant» (each pays their category, with their own calendar).
- 4At registration, each traveler picks their category (single/double/child…); the total updates live with the sum.
- 5In «Payments» you see the resulting calendar; in per-participant mode, each installment shows whose it is.
Consejo: The advisor can also assign the category by hand when creating a booking from the panel. If the group has a single rate, no selector appears: single price, as usual.
