It's a private, per-client portal that they enter with their email and a password. There they see their booked trips (the proposals they've accepted or confirmed) and the trips you assign as inspiration —«your book of future travels»— with their assigned advisor's details. It's different from the «Trip portal» (opened by link, for ONE proposal): the Travel book gathers ALL their trips in one place, password-protected.
- 1Open the contact's record (it needs an email) and, in the right column, go to the «Travel book» block.
- 2Click «Invite to portal»: the client gets an email to create their password (the link expires in 72 h).
- 3Booked trips appear automatically (their accepted/confirmed proposals). To inspire them, under «Trips to dream of» pick a proposal and, optionally, add a note («For your anniversary»).
- 4The client signs in at «youragency».proposal.travel/my-trips with their email and password; they can recover it via «Forgot your password?».
Consejo: The book shows your agency's branding and their assigned advisor (the contact's «owner»). You can disable access anytime from the same block; proposals marked as templates are never shown.
