Every email has an unsubscribe link in the footer. Anyone who unsubscribes is automatically excluded from ALL campaigns; they can't be re-subscribed manually (only the contact themselves from their email).

- 2The contact's profile shows a non-editable «Newsletter unsubscribed» badge with the date.
Consejo: Emails that hard-bounce (invalid address) are flagged as «bounced» and also excluded from future sends.
