Which address does the newsletter send from? (sender)

Campaigns are sent through your agency's own SMTP (better deliverability). You can choose who appears as the sender.

1. 1Set up your SMTP in «Settings → email» (required to send).
2. 2In the campaign, «Settings → Send as»: choose the agency's general email, each contact's assigned agent, or a specific agent.
3. 3Optional: set a «Reply-to» address.

Consejo: With «assigned agent», each contact gets the email from their own rep (their mailbox if configured, otherwise the agency's).
