Each group participant has their own private portal: a space with their trip, their documents, the useful info for the departure and (if it applies to them) their booking and payments. They enter with a personal link, no passwords. It's different from the per-proposal portal: in a group it's per person.
- 1The portal is shared with each participant from the group's «Participants» tab (a personal link by email).
- 2The traveler sees tabs depending on what you enable: Welcome, Itinerary, Documentation, Trip documents (the ones you share for the whole group), Useful info and Booking & payments.
- 3On mobile the tabs show as a dropdown («N sections») so they can all be seen at a glance.
- 4If a participant has no email yet, the portal asks for it the first time to identify them.
