When you create a proposal with AI (from a PDF, a URL, a text or the chat) or from scratch, pick your template in the «Template» dropdown. If you have a «Default structure» in Settings → Agency & brand → Design, it comes preselected. The AI writes the trip content and the proposal keeps your template's structure and design.
- 1Order and design: the blocks follow the template's order and each one takes its design (visual style, typography, colours, cover height, each block's style).
- 2Content: the AI fills each block with the trip (itinerary, hotels, experiences, price…).
- 3Global blocks (🌐), such as «Why travel with us»: they appear exactly as in the template. The template's texts and quotes are never replaced by AI texts.
- 4Useful info: it fills itself in for the trip's country, first from your Library and, if you don't have it saved, with AI (and it's saved for next time), with the template's same topics and icons.
- 5Pinned blocks (📌) the AI didn't fill, such as accommodation or experiences: they stay in place, with their design but empty, for you to complete. Hotels from the trip you used to build the template never slip in.
- 6If you choose «None», the AI decides the structure freely, as before.
Tip: Write the template's texts generically (no destination names) and pin with 📌 the blocks you always want: every proposal is then born with your signature.
