How do I let the client accept or book right from the proposal?

With a «Form» block in «Accept» mode, the client confirms the proposal from the web page itself and you get notified instantly.

1. 1Add a «Form» block and choose «Accept» mode (or «Checkout» if you want to request traveler details and documentation).
2. 2The client clicks «Accept the proposal» and confirms: you receive the notification and the proposal moves to «Accepted».
3. 3Once accepted, the form is replaced by a confirmation message (and it won't show the button again, even on reload).

Consejo: You can customize that confirmation message: in the form block, «Message after accepting» (label, title and text). Type {asesor} to include the agent's name. E.g.: «Confirmed · See you on the trip soon!».
