Does the client receive a legally valid confirmation document?

Yes. When the client accepts the proposal or pays at checkout, a booking confirmation document is generated automatically with your branding (the proposal's itinerary, hotels, flights and price, your terms and conditions, and proof of acceptance with date, IP and browser). It's emailed to the client in the proposal's language, and you can download it from the proposal.

1. 1Fill in your legal details once in Settings → «Legal»: registered name, tax ID, license number, address and your terms and conditions.
2. 2In the proposal, use the «Form» block in «Accept» or «Checkout» mode. The client ticks the «I have read and accept the terms and conditions» box when confirming (the accepted version is recorded).
3. 3On accepting/paying, the client receives the confirmation email with the button to download the PDF.
4. 4You download it from the proposal with «📄 Download confirmation» (it appears once accepted or paid).

Consejo: The document only uses data from the proposal (it invents nothing) and adapts to the proposal's language. Every time you edit your terms, bump the version, so there's a record of which version each client accepted.
