Can I send the client a link to complete or extend their booking without re-entering their details?

Yes. From the proposal you generate a link pre-filled with their details: the client only picks the optional experiences, or completes their traveller details, without typing anything again. It's ideal for closing optionals after acceptance or extending a booking. On saving, their selection is added to the booking and confirmation, and you get notified.

1. 1Open the proposal. On a booking (the «Checkout» tab) click «🔗 Complete / extend»; for a client without a booking, use «🔗 Send form» in the header.
2. 2Choose the link type: «Choose experiences» (optionals only), «Complete details» (passports, etc.) or «Full» (details + experiences).
3. 3Click «Copy link» to paste it anywhere, or «Send by email» to send it to the client with your branding.
4. 4The client opens the link, sees their details already loaded, chooses/completes and saves. You get a notification and everything lands in the booking and the confirmation.

Consejo: For security, the link expires after 14 days and, in modes that show personal data, the client must confirm their email before seeing it: a link forwarded by mistake won't expose passports. Experiences aren't charged online (the advisor confirms them).
