These are internal alerts for the advisor assigned to the proposal: you get them in the bell 🔔 and by email when a trip departs tomorrow or returns today, at 9:00 in your timezone. They're for your team only: the traveller receives nothing automatically. The alert is in your language; the suggested WhatsApp message is in the client's proposal language.

- 2«Departs tomorrow»: the day before departure you get a bell + email with quick actions.
- 3«Returns today»: on the return day, a good moment to welcome them back and ask for a review.
- 4From the alert: open the contact, view the proposal, or tap «WhatsApp» (opens the chat with the message ready, including the traveller portal link).
- 5The portal is only shared if you tap send in WhatsApp: nothing goes to the client automatically.
Consejo: The WhatsApp button doesn't send anything on its own: it opens WhatsApp with the message ready for you to review and send. If the proposal doesn't have a traveller portal yet, the alert offers to create one.
