«Trips» is a calendar with all your sold trips placed by date, so you can see at a glance who's leaving, who's coming back and who's travelling right now. Each trip is drawn as a continuous bar from departure (✈) to return (🛬), spanning every day of the trip. It includes accepted or confirmed proposals and group departures with dates.
- 1Open «Trips» in the menu (Sales section).
- 2At the top you have live alerts: who leaves today, who returns today, who's travelling now and who leaves this week.
- 3In the calendar, hover over a bar to see the destination, departure and return dates, and travellers.
- 4Each advisor has their own colour; filter by advisor and move between months with the arrows or «Today».
- 5If a trip appears under «No date», add the departure date in the proposal (Trip info) so it's placed on the calendar.
Consejo: To appear on the calendar, a trip must be accepted/confirmed and have a departure date. Each advisor sees only their own trips, unless they have the «see all proposals» permission (Team → edit member).
