How do I request data and documents (passport) from group travelers?

You have two combinable ways: the «Documentation» section (free file upload) and «Forms» (they collect data and, if they have a file field, documents too). Everything is stored encrypted.

1. 1Documentation: write what you need in «What to upload»; the traveler uploads their files in the Documentation tab of their portal.
2. 2Forms: you can add SEVERAL. Each requests data and/or files; give it a menu title and an intro text.
3. 3Shortcut: click «＋ Passport upload form (ready-made)» and one preset for uploading the passport is created.
4. 4What each traveler uploads is saved to their record, and you see it per participant in the group's «Participants» tab (forms and documents columns).

Consejo: If you use a form to collect documents, you can hide the «Documentation» section from the menu to avoid duplication. Documentation is individual per participant.
