How do I define my contact sources (Instagram, Referral, Web…)?

The «Source» says where each contact comes from. You can keep your own list (Instagram, Referral, Fair, Web…) that's suggested when filling in the record, so everyone uses the same ones and you can segment properly. Some come predefined and you can add/remove your own.

1. 1Go to «Settings» → «CRM» → «Sources».
2. 2Add, edit, reorder or delete your sources and click «Save sources».
3. 3On a contact's record, the «Source» field suggests that list; if you type a new one, it's added to the list automatically.

Consejo: Contact tags (for segmenting) are different from the source: each allows a maximum of 2 words so they stay short and filter well.
