Can I give someone «view-only» access (so they can't edit)?

Yes, with the «View-only» role. That person sees all of the agency's proposals but cannot create, edit, import or duplicate them.

1. 1In «Team», when adding (or editing) someone, choose the «View-only» role.
2. 2They will see the proposals but the create/edit buttons won't appear for them.

Consejo: «View-only» users do NOT take up a seat: they don't count toward your plan's user limit, so you can add as many as you like.
