Which email are automation emails sent from?

In an automation's «Send an email» action you can choose the sender with «Send from»: «Agency email» (default), «The assigned advisor» (uses that agent's own SMTP, if they have one) or «proposal.travel». If you pick agency or advisor and no SMTP is configured, it still goes out from proposal.travel with your agency's name (it's never left unsent because of that).

1. 1Open the automation and edit the «Send an email» step.
2. 2Under «Send from» choose: Agency email · The assigned advisor · proposal.travel.
3. 3«The assigned advisor» uses the own SMTP of the agent owning the contact/deal (set in «My account»).
4. 4Save. Client replies reach the chosen sender.
