I forgot my password — how do I reset it? Is sign-in secure?

On the sign-in screen you have «Forgot your password?» to recover access with a secure link, without anyone emailing you your password. And sign-in is protected against brute-force attempts.

1. 1On the sign-in screen click «Forgot your password?» and enter your email.
2. 2You'll get a link (valid for 45 minutes, single use) to choose a new password. For security, the response is always the same whether or not the account exists.
3. 3Open the link, type the new password (at least 8 characters) and confirm it. Then sign in with it.
4. 4If you exceed several failed password attempts, sign-in is locked for a few minutes (anti brute-force protection, by email and by IP).

Consejo: We never email your password: the link only lets you set a new one. If your account has two-step verification (2FA), it will still ask for the code on sign-in, even after changing the password.
